Fishing very productive even with the heavy rain during the first few days my mate Adam had most of the action from swim one taking 17 fish during the week best being a nice 51lb catfish taken on dead bait best I could manage was a nice 28lb.09oz mirror taken on the recommended Trigger boilies, a really super venue

Lovely looking lake with very good facilities and good local shops which was very handy, also great restaurant in the village. Fishing very slow for the first 2 days but did pick up very well during the last 4 days.

Sid: 8 fish to 28lb.07oz
Tim: 10 fish including two 30's best fish 36lb
Larry: 14 fish 1 * 44lb.08oz 2 * 30's and a nice catfish of 47lb.07oz

Had a real good time and enjoyed some super fishing action was almost non stop during the days and the cats were having it big time. Ended up with 20 cats ranging from 18lb to 58lb.07oz which was the best fish of the week. On the carp front I caught 27 carp ranging from 12lb to a superb conditioned mirror of 41lb.07 a real peach of a fish in addition to the forty I had 3 * 30's and 7 * 20's and lost a few bigger fish I'm sure, thanks for all the help and advice and be seeing you again soon for sure.

Gary:....40lb.07oz, 47lb.07oz, 4 * 30's to 39lb, 8* 20's to 25lb.05oz 16 cats between 10 & 58lb.
Tom:....17 catfish, 6 over 20lb, 8 over 30lb, 2 over 40lb and a monster 64lb.09oz

Fishing very slow the first few days but christ after that it was none stop action right the way through. Between the two of us we caught 116 carp & cats ranging from 15lb to 65lb far to many to list but all in good condition. Facilities and host are just the tops. You need a huge amount of bait for this venue as the more you put in the more you catch

Facilities very good with plenty to do locally. This lake is situated in a very nice location and is very secure, no worries with leaving the fishing gear while you take the wife for a meal or go and see some of the local attractions. The zoo at saint aginan is well worth a visit. The fishing was very good with the carp and cats feeding hard. In total I caught 94 fish mostly carp listed below are some of the bigger fish I caught during my stay.

14 * 20's to 28lb.08oz
5 * 30's to 37lb.06oz
2 * 40's, 43lb & 46lb.02oz
28 catfish ranging from 18lb to the best fish of the week 55lb
